About Nancy White Consulting
Nancy White Consulting exists to help everyday Texans understand their role as citizens and take practical next steps when an issue reaches their land, their health, their safety, or their community.
This work is independent. It is built for families, ranchers, farmers, small shop owners, civic clubs, and neighbors; not for large corporations. The goal is not to speak over people. The goal is to equip them: clear recommendations, usable documents when needed, a presence at local meetings, and presentations that help more people in a county stand together.
Support begins with a conversation. You explain what is happening. We determine whether and how help can be offered before fees are discussed. From there, work may include guidance on next steps such as public-information requests or correspondence, attendance at commissioners court or city council with printed materials and a speech tailored to the issue, outreach to officials on a client’s behalf, or a presentation to a county, club, or organization.
Presentations are practical. They include a PowerPoint, printed materials, and resources for further reading. They can be recorded or live-streamed at the host’s discretion so more people in a community can stay informed.
Donors and sponsors help keep this work available. Silent support is welcome. Public recognition is available if requested. That support helps cover travel, printed materials, and the cost of showing up for people who need a clear path forward.
Nancy White is an independent consultant, not an attorney and not a registered lobbyist. The work is citizen-focused: constitutional tools, local action, and a little hope when it is needed most.
Who is Nancy?
I am a wife, mother, and homeschool teacher who became an advocate when local energy and land issues reached my own community. I now work as an independent consultant helping everyday Texans understand what is happening in their counties and take practical next steps to protect their land, health, safety, and rural way of life.
I am a longtime voice for Texas energy independence and electric-grid security. My work has been covered in local, state, national, and international media. I speak often on infrastructure and grid security, including the need for transparency around battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other energy builds that affect families and landowners.
I travel across Texas to consult, educate, and speak with counties, clubs, and community groups. I also assist people in other states when they ask for the same kind of help. Consulting begins with a conversation: I listen to the issue, determine whether and how I can help, and then offer clear recommendations.
